The cooked food will be analyzed before use to finishing the main products were has been arranged. We are not put together the hot and cool food at the same place to avoid the food contamination where the hot food will be put at the Centre Hot Kitchen meanwhile the cool foods will be sore in the Food Bank with temperature 25°C. The food will be cooked using the suitable temperature between 70°C to 100°C where will avoid the contamination and the bacteria from growth.

We in Sajian Ambang, will use the new High-technology machines for produce our product where will maintain the output of product follow the time and numbers given.
